This is the process of 4 months and nothing overnight!
Eating clean ( at least 6 days) is also one of the major points! 😊
✅ I shampoo twice a week ( I make sure out of that, for once I clean my hair with home made shampoo )
✅ 200 gm amla ,200 gm shikakaki , 400gm reetha ( I took the dried and whole part of these herbs and then boiled it)
✅Most important part is to crack reetha and then put into water
✅ after being on simmer for 45-50 minutes, I added flax seeds ( for the nourishment and thickness)
✅ I use this once a week, and once I week I use regular shampoo which again I don’t apply directly on scalp ( I rinse my scalp with besan slurry , only then I proceed with shampoo)
🕉️Balayama 15 minutes
🕉️prithi mudra 15 minutes
🕉️ Curry leaf powder pre lunch ( we can definitely use the fresh leaves if you have, at my home it either keeps on drying or gets finished very fast, so I source it authentically from @magizham__ for regular consumption ( curry leaves has vitamins and antioxidants which helps in hair growth and takes care of scalp health)
🕉️ Rosemary oil from @manthram_ and hair oil from @sapphirebotanics is what I have been using for three months and oh my my 👏👏 ( how beautiful these two products are)
Rosemary is
- best for hair regrowth and hairfall
- scientific research shows RESULTS EQUAL TO MINOXIDIL ( cookie point - no side effects of minoxidil)
- visible growth in 3 months

🕉️ Using the neem comb for its gentle feel and frizz free hair ( from @manthram_ )
✅ Whatever I do is not in sequence, these are thé lifestyle changes which I have made over the 4 months and the results are mindblowing
✅ I also do inversions in addition to that

Hi, I really like your videos and your videos have started to make a positive difference in my life. In the very least my approach has changed. It's no more to achieve a goal but to make it a way of my life. I wanted to ask you though that I also have a lot of stress , fear and trauma stored in my body and I want emotional release as well. Can you suggest some ways with which I can work on my emotional health as well?

if the hair wants to stay or notfall if u use surf also it will not fall...if it wants to fall than if u use 1cr shampoo/conditioner it will definitely fall..... the only solution for hair fall is ....let it fall✌️

You said it …. I too use n recommend diys which actually works n show results but these days you get so much backlash with these ….. diys are time consuming n not for modern problems 🙆♀️ n what not …
It’s just that if research work is done on Ayurveda n other alternate medicine to make ppl aware , the product industry will be doomed
Reetha/ amla is too drying for hair …. Arre bhai add few drops of oil or condition hair post that … there is a solution but some try n make it look so complexed n what not ….
